The following is a letter from Mayor Clint M. Bowen of the Town of Diamondville, announcing his resignation.

“To the residents of Diamondville,

I am writing to formally announce that I have made the difficult decision to step down from my role as Mayor of Diamodville, effective October 31, 2025, due to personal reasons.

Serving as your mayor ahs been one of the greatest honors of my life. I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together during my time in office. I want to thank the Town Council, our dedicated staff, and most of all, the residents of this great town for your trust and support.

While this decision was not made lightly, I am confident that the leadership team in place will continue to serve or town with dedication and integrity. I remain committed to supporting the transition in any way I can and will always be an advocate for Diamondville and its future.
