The Kemmerer Lady Rangers and Rangers Track and Field teams were at the Puncher Invite in Big Piney over the weekend where both teams forged a top-three finish in the team standings.

The Kemmerer girls finished with 97 points in second place, trailing only Rock Springs who rolled up 158 team points. A total of nine teams were in attendance for the girls division. Individually, Payton Scherr won the 3200 Meter run and Claire Crosland won the 100 Meter Hurdles and was second in the 300 event. Hadlee Wood was the winner in the Discus.

The Rangers finished third in the team standings with 104 points. Rock Springs finished with 184 and and Pinedale was second with 130.

Bowman Sandall had the Rangers’ lone first place finish in the Pole Vault with a height of 11′ 6″.  Brent Erickson (3200 M), Colter Krell (110 Hurdles) and Dawson Crosland (300 Hurdles) finished second in their respective events.
