Governor Mark Gordon, (R-Wyo.,) has ordered all flags to be lowered to half-staff per flag policy and by order of the United States President for the death of Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina.

The flags will remain lowered until Saturday, July 18 at 6 p.m.
