The 2026 Lincoln County Fair royalty court will take on a full schedule of events this summer, representing the fair at rodeos, parades and community gatherings throughout the county. Led by Rodeo Queen Jordan Wilkes, the group was selected through a competitive process that evaluates horsemanship, public speaking and interviews.

Lincoln County Rodeo Queen Coordinator Cassie Jenkins said the program that for the past few years, she has seen the program attract some new participants. ” I love to see the program growing. It’s a dying sport, but there are a lot of places that struggle to have new girls.” This year, there have been two new participants, including the new Queen, Jordan Wilkes.

Although Jenkins is just beginning to learn more about Wilkes, Jenkins praised her talents saying, “[Jordan] did an exceptional job and is a great horse woman.”
